Everything from the staff, room, food was excellent. Will definitely go back.
Only thing could say music was too loud in background.
The room and the bathroom especially were lovely.
The location felt a bit scruffy.
Great hotel, nice space, fab service and even got cheese on toast and a drink served in the bar at 3am! Highly recommended.
It was very busy and the girls behind reception can get a little hassled. but overall, they are great. A very nice spot indeed.
Great location, smart, modern and enjoyed it thoroughly
Great hotel design, friendliness and helpfullness of staff, good breakfast options
Comfort, decor, bath and shower
Very annoying to pay £15 a day car parking which should be free given the cost of the room similarly, breakfast - way too expensive
On arriving at the hotel, the staff were exceptionally efficient and accommodating, the car parking facilities were excellent the location of the hotel was excellent and in a short distance of the local amenities and attractions. Excellent provisions for bathing facilities and toiletry provisions were faultless.
The restaurant menu as it was for an acquired taste, the was limited options to suite all guests. The mini bar was overpriced and little variety also the car parking prices were expensive. The room was comfortable however the interior was just an upgrade from a standard travel lodge room.
The decor of hotel
The tvs in the room had poor reception. Wouldve been good to have more channels, considering the cost per room at the hotel. There was a lot of construction occurring at the hotel, which did spoil the stay a little
The facilities in the room- it had everything. Plus the hotel bar was very luxurious- great for a pre dinner drink
Very enjoyable found the bar to be very dark couldn't read menus
The room was beautifully designed and luxurious. The shower was amazingly powerful and there was also a separate hot-tub for a soothing bath. We had a corner room on the 6th floor with a view of the Liver building. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I love mal. (The renovations outside the building in no way detracted from our stay). It was perfectly indulgent.
Parking is expensive.
The hotel design was amazing and my husband commented on how well I had done on booking the place as soon as we walked through the door. We had a standard double room, but it felt more like a superior room, really large and with an impressive bathroom, excellent value for money.
The hotel was covered in scaffolding, which didn't make a good first impression and obstructed our view of the water, but this wasn't a problem for us too much. We found the waitresses at dinner surly, the staff generally let the place down a bit.
The room was fantastic.
I returned to the hotel after a night out and was surprised to be asked for my room card to be allowed entry in such an apparently up market establishment. The hotel is far enough away from the city centre to hopefully not warrant this. As we sat in the reception area we also noticed others entering the hotel who seemed to be 'friends' of the security. These people were allowed in without any ID. The hotel reception was extremely busy at such an early hour of the morning and my partner and I felt very uncomfortable due to the 'down market' nature of the environment at this point. We probabaly wouldn't stay here again due to the change in atmosphere and clientele between day and evening.
I stay fairly often so enjoy the fact that some staff recognise that sometimes with a nice little touch
I only marked down as fair for comfort on the basis that the exterior refurbishment works is somewhat distracting
The breakfast staff were delightful and the breakfast was excellent. The restaurant staff were helpful and informative - the Tenner offer was extremely good value and the food was fine.
